From ‘can’t break 100’ to chasing a 10
In 2008 I could rarely break 100. I went from a 14.5 into the 12s by the end of my 2026 Ramp, and I’m chasing a 10. The reward at 10: my first-ever club fitting.
My weak spots are putting and driver accuracy. I’m not a tour pro. I’m a weekend golfer who trains like the Ramp: a little every day, all year.
The winter plan
When the season winds down, golf training doesn’t stop. Tathata drills in my condo. The Stack System speed training routines. And range on the weekends before and/or after rounds.
The Stack System
The Stack System is my speed training. It gives me structured speed routines I can run at home in the off-season, so I come into spring with the work already done. It fits the way I train everything else: the program decides, I just show up and do it.

The rest of my golf training
Tathata Golf is my movement training. I’m on my second run through the 60-day program, and it fills my workout program’s rest days. I track rounds with Arccos. No links for these. I just use them.
The fitness side matters as much as the swing. Losing the weight gave me rotation and back-nine stamina no lesson ever did.
Who this is for
You play on weekends, your handicap stalled years ago, and you want something you can do at home between rounds instead of waiting for spring.
The golf system in the Blueprint
My pre-round warm-up and the mindset my single-digit buddy taught me (“Your next shot is the only shot that exists.”) are in The Saturday Morning Blueprint.
