I still save every week. It just goes somewhere different now.
I read David Bach’s The Automatic Millionaire years ago, and the concept stuck: pay yourself first, automatically. My first automatic transfer, the day after payday, built $14,000 in 14 months and became part of the down payment on my condo in North Myrtle Beach.
I still follow it. Every week. Now that weekly savings goes into Bitcoin through dollar-cost averaging (DCA). A fixed amount, on a schedule, no matter what the price is doing.
Let me be honest about my record
I first bought Bitcoin in 2016 at around $700. I didn’t hold perfectly. I sold at $20,000, bought back at $10,000, sold at $60,000, and bought again around $40,000. Every time I sold, I ended up with a smaller position. That’s exactly why I automate now. The schedule makes the decision, not my nerves.
I’m not telling you to buy Bitcoin. I’m showing you the tools I use for the system I run.

Fold
Fold is a debit card that earns Bitcoin rewards on everyday purchases. It turns spending I was going to do anyway into a little more stacking. Fold gets direct deposits that buy Bitcoin every paycheck, and it funds the debit card for grocery purchases that earn more Bitcoin.
