Shakeology, every morning
When I get up, I look forward to stretching, having my shake, and watching the finance podcast.
There’s a Shakeology that says Zero Sugar right on the bag. On the BODi site it’s listed as Shakeology 0g Added Sugar. Café Latte is my flavor.
I love coffee when I first get up to stretch, and the Café Latte is a perfect companion. It’s not a strong coffee flavor, so even non-coffee drinkers would like it, especially if you’re a milk-and-sugar (think Dunkin’ iced coffee) coffee drinker.
I always have Shakeology in the house. I keep some in a BlenderBottle in my car and some in a BlenderBottle in my golf bag. So if anything unplanned or poorly planned comes up, there’s no thought.

How I make it
My Ninja blenders live in my PA and North Myrtle Beach homes and make the morning and evening shake easy. Blended with milk and ice, it’s something I look forward to every day. The BlenderBottle travels, so making the Shakeology on the golf course or on the road is just as easy.
I mix it with milk at home and with water on the golf course and while traveling.
Even on Thanksgiving
The morning stays the same. Shakeology in the morning. Workout and protein shake. Everything until 8 AM stays the same.

I have my Energize about 10 minutes before working out, mixed in a BlenderBottle as well. Then I head to the condo gym.
