The Plan Was Not as Originally Planned
Sunday went according to plan. But the plan was not as originally planned.
It was just an ugly weekend and I stayed inside all day and didn’t eat the original nutrition planned. But I knew this going in. I looked at the weather and saw it was going to be amazing after Sunday. So I allowed myself a lazy day of snacking a little while sitting inside all day.
But now the weather has turned. And it feels like the amazing warm fall North Myrtle Beach weather I love. I’m immediately back on track and had a great Lower Body Burn workout. I’m already getting excited for golf this weekend.
And since I took Sunday off from my nutrition, I’m going to do a juice cleanse this week to accelerate getting back on track. It’s a long story, but I don’t know what day the juice cleanse is going to be yet. My neighbor has my juice. They were delivered before I arrived down here and she put them in her fridge. And now she’s out of town. As soon as she gets back, I schedule the juice cleanse.
This is why I’m journaling for everyone to see. A bad day happens. Life gets in the way. But we have plans in advance to get back on track.
And with the beautiful weather the next two weeks, it’s the perfect time to lock in before launch of the 2027 Ramp.
Days seven, eight, and nine are in the books.
