No Scale for 3 Weeks
27 minutes. That’s it. A great leg workout in only 27 minutes.
And 10 Rounds doesn’t have tracking sheets but I made my own. I looked back at the last time through and saw notes to go up from a 30 pound dumbbell on goblet squats. I did a 35 and my legs were so strong from #mbf that the heavier weight was almost easy!
Yesterday was about getting my space prepared. Cleaning the condo, getting the golf area set up. Unpacking my books and planning which I’ll read next. So it was more preparing so the obstacles are removed and the actions are easy starting tonight.
No scale for 3 weeks. Letting myself get into the flow of the climb before getting on the scale. My expectation is in 3 weeks, I’ll be under 170.
If Day 1 was not perfect, no worries. Today is another opportunity to improve. And so is tomorrow. Remember, during the climb we’re stacking small wins each day to build the momentum for the downslope and holiday uphill.
Day two is in the books.
