This Is Why Tracking Is Important

I beat my AMRAP from last week!

This is why tracking is important. Not just to see how you did week to week, but from the last time you did the program to this time through the program. I can see I beat my AMRAP from last week and from this same week the last time through #mbf.

Tracking allows for seeing non-weight gains. I’m stronger and my cardio is better even if my weight goal was not achieved. Those are wins the scale was never going to show me.

No juice cleanse yet. I think my neighbor arrives over the next few days. As soon as she’s back, it goes on the schedule.

And here’s where my head is at as the 2027 Ramp gets closer. I have anxious excitement. I’m ready for the next Ramp to begin, but I know this Ramp needs to be finished. So I’m just working to stay in the moment and enjoy finishing out the 2026 Ramp so we start the 2027 Ramp much higher than the 2026 Ramp began.

Day ten is in the books.
